📦 Return & Refund Policy

At The Favour Co, every product is made-to-order, especially for you! Because of the custom nature of our items, we follow the policy below:

❌ Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless there is a problem with the item you received.

Please double-check your device model and shipping address before placing your order.

✅ Replacements & Refunds (If Item is Damaged or Incorrect)

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Has a manufacturing defect
  • Is not the item/model you ordered

We’ll be happy to send a free replacement or issue a refund.

📸 What to Do:

If there's an issue with your order:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Send a clear photo of the item showing the problem.
  3. We will review and submit a request to our production partner (Printify) for a replacement or refund.

⚠️ Not Covered:

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Orders with incorrect device model selection
  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

But we're always happy to work with you to find a fair solution!
